It's not a secret that habits shape a being. Your way of thinking and feelings shape your entire reality. That's why it's important to look at what influences your thoughts. Of course, past experiences, people, and the environment can have a major impact. Therefore, you still have control over your present moment. What you watch is a key factor.


Social Media

Spending time on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube can be advantageous if you're discerning about the content you consume. Mindlessly scrolling drains excessive energy. However, this screen time addiction can become a positive habit if managed effectively. Instead of watching trivial content, consider selecting videos that delve into energy, spirituality, manifestation techniques, or ways to leverage reality to your advantage. Even if you spend the entire day watching such videos, which isn't ideal and screen time should be reduced, you'll likely gain new ideas, feelings, and emotions that can lead to significant positive changes in your life. Personally, I highly recommend Abraham Hicks as a favorite speaker. Her creative explanations of spiritual concepts are incredibly precise and insightful.
